Attention: Facebook has recently changed their settings and we are no longer able to invite all the members of the WCCYA Facebook group to the events we create with the press of a button. We will still be creating the events, and they will show up on the group page. If you are interested in receiving reminders from Facebook about our events, please check our group each month and invite yourself to the events (select "Interested" or "Going")! Also, you will always be able to see this month's events right here on our website. Thanks!
Join us as the Cincinnati Cyclones take on the Fort Wayne Komets. The Cyclones will be celebrating the 25th anniversary of the classic hockey movie, The Mighty Ducks, during the game. Mass and Fellowship with Good Shepherd
We are hosting a joint event with Good Shepherd's Young Adult group! Join us for 4:30pm mass at Good Shepherd Church (8815 East Kemper Road Cincinnati OH 45249), and afterwards stay for pizza and salad, and games or trivia! If you cannot make it to mass you are welcome to come about 5:30 and meet us in the Community Room (Enter doors 2 or 3 for easiest access to the Community Room. We will have our t-shirts so you can find us if you come for mass).
Faith Discussion: Lenten Sacrifice
Many Catholics only think of Lent as a time to "give something up". Come discuss how this time of fasting is meant to draw us closer to God, and explore what guidance is available from Scripture on sacrifice in our daily lives. We will meet from 7 to 8 pm in the Youth Room at St. John (in Favret Hall), followed by socializing at a local restaurant.
